I am trying to implement a monitoring system in order to understand better a cutting system in a saw.
In summary, these are the measurement device that I would use:
Ammeter (in a range of 4 or 5 Amp)
Pressure Gauge (80-120 psi)
Flowmeter ( 2200 gpm)
Vibrometer
The idea is starting to monitor these parameter in Lab VIew and verify the status by a monitor in SPC techinques, In a second phase, these outputs may cause control in my system.
What do you suggest?
