Installation problems for PCI-DIO-32HS

After instalaltion of my PCI-DIO-32HS board into my new computer the device returns Error code 10 and wil not start up. Disabling and enabling also does not help and reinstalling keeps giving the same problem. I have already the latest driver from the NI website.
The boeard is not defective since it still works fine in my old computer.
Does anybody now a solution to this problem?

My first question will be which version of the DAQ driver are you using? Because there is some known issues with old versions of DAQ. So I will encourage you to take the lastest version of the DAQmx driver if it's not yet done.
 
My second question will be which Pc are you using? Because it's existing an incompatibility between the BIOS of certain Pc and some National Instruments drivers. This issue has been observed on some recent machines featuring dual core processors although single core machines may still be affected.
Some machines that are known to reproduce this issue are:
  • Hewlett-Packard DC7700
  • Hewlett-Packard DC5700
  • Hewlett-Packard DC5750
  • Hewlett-Packard DX7300

Hi,
The version of the driver I'm using is 1.10.0f0
And my computer is a Hewlett-Packard DC7700, so it is in the list of PC's with know problems.
What do I need to do? Is there going to be a new driver or do I need to look for a BIOS update for my computer?
At this point we have three people in the company with the same problem and we need to get it fixed soon.

Hi,

As suggested by you I have updated the bios version of my computer to the latest version available on the website of HP. Everything now works fine and the card starts up perfectly.
