Is the PCI-6236 a good choice?

I have to measure an analog signal (4-20 mA) and a digital signal which come from two different sensors. The acquisition of the first signal (analog) should be done at the rising & falling edges of the digital signal. And at the same time, I have to count how many rising/falling edges occured during the experience (10 seconds). I would like to choose the PCI-6236 acquisition card but I'm not sure of my choice... Can somebody help me choosing the right device?

In my opinion, a USB 6008, or USB 6009 should be quite appropriate for your requirements, and shurely less expensive... 
Don't hesitate to directly contact NI, this way you'll be able to talk to a very qualified person that will guide you through the different steps in acquireing an appropriate acquisition device regarding to your application.
