NI 9403 not giving output voltage

Hello Guys,

Am using the NI 9403 for DIO on a Crio 9073. i have created a VI that enables thepins as ouput and then sends the boolean value true to these output lines so it

can send the 5v  TTL to the pins. i intend to use this voltage to power a hall sensor for an acclerator throttle position sensor. But this VI does not work. Please help me to resolve this.

Lines on the 9403 configured as outputs can only source 2mA of current. How much current is required to power the hall sensor circuit?
