Dear All
We have a NI Controller NI CRIO 9102 installed at our site for a critical real time application. The controller is interfacing with a front end application and showing real time values of Field Instrumentations. We have been facing an issue in the past 3 months that Data from the controller on HMI application shows dips to Zero Value and then recovers. Note that there are almost 20 different variables being transmitted by the controller and each time a different variable goes zero and then recovers.
Has any of you encountered such an issue before? We have the following components installed on the rack
Rack Model: CRIO-9102
Controller Model: NI CRIO-9102
Analog Input Cards: RIOAI-01 NI-9203 (3 each installed)
Analog Output Cards: RIOAO-01 NI-9265 (1 each installed)
Digital Input Cards: RIODI-01 NI-9425 (1 each installed)
Digital Output Cards: RIODO-01 NI-9476 (1 each installed)
It is our current prognosis that this issue is arising either because of controller malfunction or because of Control System Rack issue as communication between cards occurs through the Rack.
Additionally has any of you communicated with the NI-CRIO-9102 controller before? We want to communicate with the controller and extract its logic as well since we do not have any backup at the moment.

Hi Rafay1995,
I have questions.
Since when you have been facing this issue?
What happened before the application starts show dips to Zero values?
For instance, you might change something in the code, or one of devices was injured.
