Hi Al-rawachy
It would be useful to provide a little more information on the setup of your system, at the moment it is only really possible to tell you what the error message may tell you.
As it has previously been working then I would suggest it is a case of finding what has changed:
1. Do the devices both appear in MAX?
2. Have you checked all connections? potentially a different cable?
3. When was the last time you saw it working?
4. Has anything been changed?
Further information should make it easier for us to troubleshoot?
Kind Regards

Hello Matt,
Sorry for being late to answer you, I was trying to understand what's going on. I found some errors in VISA Test panel for COM1, COM4 and LPTI as being attached. In addition I found that the configuration of these drivers has been changed , Previously I had 2 chassis in MAX program, now it shows me only one chassis has both generators and receivers drivers. By the way, all connections have been checked and as I told you it was working fine and suddenly within next few minutes the problem happened. Any advise? Thanks for your support.

When you had 2 chassis in MAX program, where was it that you were viewing this? On a particular PXI, a host?
It would be really useful to get some details about your system, perhaps what you are using it for? All the different components?
One of the things that is suggested when you have issues with VISA connectivity and that error is to reset MAX databases: http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/2C7480E856987FFF862573AE005AB0D9
It will also be good to get any controller MAX reports, these can be generated using the following: http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/271F252B4EF0A2E0862570E70056A1E4
