NI pci6537 malfunctioning

Dear NI,

I have problem with on of my NI cards, recently purchased.

it is:

NI PCIe-6537 Digital I/O (50 MHz, 5.0/3.3/2.5 V, PCI Express)
Part Number: 779673-01 | Serial: HB3032172 |
Registered
CCA, SHELTIE, PCIE-6537
Part Number: 192203D-03L | Serial: 1677926 |

The card is an important IO interface used in our product. Earlier it was working fine, but now our customer noticed us about the problem.

The symptoms are:

A

My application does not start, it stalls for a while then detects the card but can not set it up. It receives error -89130.

It also displays message suggesting reseting the card.

B

I tried also with NI MAX:

It searches for about 30 sec for the card.

It finds the card.

I can not reset the card and the self test fails: Error dropped: -88705

Restarting the host PC does not helps.

Host PC is a DELL Vostro 430 (i7, 8gb)

Please reply asap what to do as our customer is currently hindered using our product.
