I have a NI-9477 module on a cDAQ chassis. I was wondering if I can use this module to output a PWM signal to the relay. It seems from reading the cDAQ 9172 User Guide that only "correlated" DIO modules are capable of doing that. The NI9477 module does not say if it is a "correlated" module or not, but it seems like it is a "static" module which is used for slowly changing signals. But since the maximum update rate in the specs is 8 microsecs, can I output a 20 kHz PWM signal which is software timed to control my pump? Thanks!
