I think that the installation of the NIDAQ driver was not completed well. You should check the "Add/Remove Programs" section of the Control Panel of your computer to see if you have the driver installed in your computer. If so, uninstall it. Also, if you do have LabVIEW 6i or 6.1 in the same section of the Control Panel, make sure you didn't install the nidaq driver that comes along with it. Once, this is done, reboot your computer, and install the driver first, and then the daqcard.
