Ni DAQmxBase

Bonjour,

Lionel

Hi Lionel,

I don't speak French (Japanese is my other language), but I think you're trying to use the USB-6501 Interactive Control llb on a Windows computer with DAQmx. As LabVIEW said, the USB-6501 Interactive Control requires the DAQmx Base driver.

DAQmx is a much more versatile driver that gives finer-grained control than DAQmx Base. In fact, DAQmx Base is only supported on Windows to help programmers prototype for their Touch Panel or PDA applications. DAQmx Base is meant for Linux, Mac, and PDA computers, not Windows.

The simplest way to interact with your USB-6501 in Windows is through the Measurement and Automation Explorer (MAX). Locate your 6501 in the Devices and Interfaces tree, right click, and choose Test Panels to launch an application similar to the Interactive Control.

Thanks Joe;

Thank you for your help, since my message I indeed used DAQmx installed with my version of Labview.

I effectively configured and declared the equipment with NIMax as "Dev1"

Since everything works marvelously!
Still thank you.
