PC doesn't start after error "Device Does Not response to the Base Address after Initial Execution"

After error "Device Does Not response to the Base Address after Initial Execution" my PC doesn't start.

I have a PCi card NI DIO-96.

I try the device in different slot, to unistall drivers NIDAQ 7.2, updating the PC BIOS, installing card and driver on a different PC, but I've the same problem everytime.

What I do need for reset this PCI card?

If your PC does not boot while the board is installed this is quite a clear sign that the board is defective. This does not seem to be a software problem that can be solved by updating the driver. Unfortunaltely there is no method of resetting the board as well.

If the problem is the same on a different PC you should contact your local NI office and send in the board for a repair.
