Hello,
You should browse the NI 622x specifications document. It indicates that power is drawn from the 3.3 bus, except for the NI-6221 (37 pins) that doesn't use 3.3V from the bus.

I found this great resource online regarding the PCI bus. This site offers an explination of the various pins and shows which supply certain voltages to a PCI card in various speed PCI busses. There is a 12V pin, from which the 6221 will draw .5A under no load conditions.
PCI cards are classified by the number of bits they support and the voltage compatability they offer.
They can either offer 3.3, 5 or universal compatability and either 32 or 64 bit compatability. The easiest way to determine this is from the 'keying' on the actual PCI connector. Check out this knowledge base for more information.
