PCI-6023 Initialization of Digital port

When PC starts, PCI-6023 starts with the digital port initialized as input. How can i initialize this port as output with value 0x0? The problem is that for the 2 or 3 minutes that my PC takes to load windows and then 1 minute for me to load my vi, the circuit connected to DIO port, reads a boolean value 1, which is not desired. Thank you.
