PCI-DIO-32HS compatible with Windows XP? Mainboard MX4SGI-N from AOpen

My computer crashes after some time. The software used for the analysis has been made in Lab View 5.11. We have tried different machines from the same vendor, all with win XP, and it is only the machines with mainboard MX4SGI-N from AOpen that craches. How come? Is there any patched recommended?

Without knowing exactly the nature of the crash that you are experiencing, I would recommend making sure that you have the most recent version of NI-DAQ installed:

If you continue having problems, we'd have to have a better description of the crash and how it is occurring to be able to provide more advice on the source of the problem. I would recommend contacting National Instruments Technical Support directly at: ni.com/ask with a description of the application, the crash, any error messages, and the versions of LabVIEW and NI-DAQ. If you're not seeing an error message that specifically points to a National Instruments component, how do you know that it i
s related to an operation on the DIO-32HS?

Hope this helps.

Regards,
Erin
