When we were doing experiments, the PCI6733 suddenly came across a failure. And after examination, we found that the digital output of PCI6733 which was expected to be 5V went down to 1.9V or 3V according to different connected devices(with high input impedance and no short circuits). This occured in every digital channel and they are all seperately checked. We changed the slot and changed the computer, however could not fix it. We did make some circuits to make a quarantine between the card and devices. That worked, voltage seemed normal again. But I am not sure wheather this card could be put in use any more. Was it damaged? And what is the damage? Thank your assistance very very much.
