PXIe_6570_Clock rate

Hi all,

I have an issue getting a clean clock waveform at 5 MHz on the 6570. I tried to run with lower Speed at 1.1MHz, it looks good which is not the speed I want.

Here are clock waveforms at 1MHz and 5MHz see attached pictures. On the Spec 6570 can run up to 100MHz.

Please advise.

By the way I am using STS T2 test stand 2016, LabVIEW 2016 and Digital pattern 2019.

Yes, that is still a valid clock signal. There are several things to consider when going high speed; those won't look clean or square.

Hi Santhosh,

thank you, but why in the other system (not NI) the clock is square and clean with the same speed?

The signal's shape depends on the impedance of the line it is traveling through. Are you sure both STS are subject to the same test condition and the signal still looks different?
