I'm looking for a diagram and/or table that lists the ports and their respective pin numbers for the 9171 USB Chassis. Does such a document exist?

The 9171 is just a chassis. What IO module do you have?
(Or do you wan to make your own module?)

So you want the pinout for the module, not the chassis. That should be easy to find.
