Hi!
I'm having a problem with my PCI-6513 with DAQmx 9.0.2 driver software.
In my application, I set-up the power-up state of one port to be on, and I never change the state of this port to be off while running an application. But, after a short time (no more than one hour), this port is set to off automatically.
I have the same application in 25 equipments, where I'm using NI-DAQmx 8.9.5, this doesn't happen, it's happening only in equipments where I use a newer version of DAQmx. I haven't tried to update to DAQmx 9.2.3 because since the 9.0.2 version I haven't seen a patch or a fix to this bug. Do someone have seen this problem? Update to 9.2.3 will it fix the problem?
Thanks!
Tiago

Hi Tiago,
I have no clues why is this happening. But I would suggest you to uninstall 9.0.2 and install 8.9.5 (in the same system), to confirm that the problem is with the driver.

Thanks for the answer.
I did this yesterday, and the problem was solved. This means that this problem is with the DAQmx 9.0.2 driver...
If i update to 9.2.3 will sove the problem?

Hi Tiago,
I have been using NI DAQmx 9.1 for the past one month with NI USB 6281.I didn't find any problem till now. But I was using the +5V supply and not the DO. Let me try replicating what you did once my system is stopped. I can update you the result tonight. I hope you can wait till then. :manhappy:

Hi Tiago,
I used my PCI 6281 DAQ and the driver DAQmx9.1.... I switched ON a DO for a period of 2 hours and I didn't find any issues. It was ON all the time. So, updating your driver will solve your problem.

Hi Satish
Thanks for trying, but I've updated and it didn't work. I think the problem is with the 6513 board.
I'll ask NI for help!
