Hi Andium,
What terminal block do you have? It is possible that it is not suplied correctly. You can check the datasheet for the power requirements at:

Is that problem happening in just one port or in all of them? If the problem is with all of them, I believe that it's about the power supply. If its with just one, maybe your CVS has something wrong. You can check the following link about it.

What version of IMAQ 1394 driver are you using?
