Call DIG_Grp_Config. DIG_Scan_Setup is used with the 650x (DIO-24 and DIO-96) series of devices. See the sample program called DIdoubleBufPatternGen653x.c, which ships with NI-DAQ, for an example of how to do double buffered pattern input.
