Triggering based on a signal from a 6509

Perhaps I'm beating a dead horse here, but I'm still trying to get some sort of accurate timing signal out of a 6509. Is it possible to trigger an M-series card (a 6289 in particular) on the basis of some internal signal on a 6509? Does the 6509 make any signals whatsoever available through the PXI backplane. When I create DAQmx terminal constant, I don't see any lines corresponding to the 6509, but maybe I've just configured something incorrectly... Thanks.

Hi,

As your previous posts stated, you do not have access to the timing signals from the 6509. To be able to route a clock signal to PXI backplane you can use the PXI-6608 device. This was designed for this purpose, and does an amazing job.

I hope this help clear up this question once and for all....:)
