Usb 6009 digital output to microcontroller

Can i read NI DAQ 6009 digital output by microcontroller (msp430 or arduino) and use it?

For example i want to read data on Ch4 and show it on lcd screen

Are you thinking about doing this all in LabVIEW?  There is an arduino toolkit available from https://decibel.ni.com/content/groups/labview-interface-for-arduino.
