Using PCI 6534 in Pattern IO mode with external hardware trigger

and external clock i want to read a specific amount of samples after every periodic trigger,how can I tell card to read specific amount of samples after a periodic trigger. In which mode do I have configure card in finite or continuous mode.

Unfortunately, the PCI-6534 does not support retriggering. However, this will only be a problem if your triggers occur very closely together. You should configure a finite acquisition and reconfigure it after each operation. As long as acquiring and reconfiguring does not take longer than the amount of time between triggers, this programming structure should work for you.
