If you refer to any time difference between updating port 0, line 0 and port 0, line 8 when writing to the entire port or doing a strobed operation on the port, there is none. The lines are all updated at once, in parallel.
If you are looking for the time delays associated with the time between the clock signal and the update on the lines for a strobed operation (setup and hold times), you can find that information in the 653x User Manual, Chapter 3 Timing Diagrams.
