[cRIO-9048]question for DP cable

Hello everyone. I am using the cRIO-9048 model and attempting to connect a Display Port monitor using a Coms USB 3.1 Type C to Mini DP conversion cable. However, the system does not recognize the monitor. I am wondering if the cable is incompatible with cRIO-9048. Do I need to buy a different cable that is specifically designed for this purpose? I appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you

That cable should work for this application. Only one of the USB 3.1 ports supports the Display Port feature- the port closet to the USB A port supports a display. If this still doesn’t work, you may want to try a different cable. Try a USB C to HDMI or DVI cable if your monitor has the ports. You will also need to make sure your monitor is set to the proper input.
