cvi error nidaq_mx -10001

I have a DAQMX application with a NI PCI-6509 board written in CVI 7.1.

It has running properly during 2 years

But now when i run I receive error -10001 , return code for NIDAQmx_NewPhysChanDOPortCtrl()

it's an unknow error code

How to solve this probleme
