Can anybody please suggest me an OP-Amp IC with following specifications:

1) high input impedance  (100G ohm)

2) high slew rate (1100V/us)

3) high bandwidh (350MHz)

pls also note that the rise time should be between 200 - 600 ps.

and there are more parameters to consider for choosing an OpAmp.

I think you have to look at a few manufacturer sites. They have a search engine where you can specify every parameter of the OpAmp to get to one or more devices that match your selection.
