The number of NI PCI-6518 cards you can connect to your PC is only limited by the number of PCI slots that your PC has available. It will depend on your office PC and its specifications. Newer PCs typically have fewer PCI slots as the standard is moving to PCIe. You can just open up your computer and check how many PCI slots are free on your motherboard.
