register map of PCI-DIO-32HS

I want to do register level programming of PCI-DIO-32HS. I could find the register map of AT-DIO-32HS, but I cannot find that of PCI-DIO-32HS.
How can I get the register map of PCI-DIO-32HS?

You can download the register map and some RLP examples from the following web site. The PCI-DIO-32HS is the same as the PCI-6533 card.
