rising edge trigger detection

[puzzled]

i need to detect a logic transition from 0 to 1 (rising edge) and perform a data acquition. i then need to come back to the trigger condition and wait for another rising edge, etc. i looked at the basic level trigger vi but am having problems with the waveform input. all i have is an asynchronous logic signal. the signal returns to 0 at some later, undeterminable time. suggestions?

What you are looking for is a retriggerable Analog Input operation.
