tsic captor - manchester type

Hi

I want to connect a TSIC 506F (from IST) captor to a 6024E PCMCIA card under Labview (8 or 7).

The device's bus is manchester type.

My question : what kind of VI, I have to create under LABVIEW in order to read the temperature?

I would like to use an I/O input, is it possible

Hi Laurent,

Typically the 6024 E is a data acquisition card that allows to measure voltage. The card is multifunction, so it mean you can do other things like digital I/O, counters ...

The card is working with the DAQmx driver, when you install it it will install a lot of LabVIEW examples which I advice you to use.

I know what is a 6024E, thanks to god.

Unfortunately, there are no usefull examples (digital captor).

My question is : What kind of VI can I create to manage the captor as a digital manchester signal?

But I don't know what Manchester signals are ? If it is just a digital signal with a specific shape, why don't you just do a digital acquisition of this signal ?
