using detection change event in c# to determine delays in TTL arrival times

Hi

I am programming in C# using a 9402 (BNC) housed in a cDAQ-9174 and am trying to write some software to determine the delay times between the arrival of a TTL on line 0 and the arrival of TTLs on the other lines (1-3).

I have seen on the discussion boards that in LabView there is a way to use a change detection event as input into a counter which will give a time/sample/tick, but i can't find the equivalent in the .NET API.
