5 1/2 Digit DMM web site is down

I was wondering what is the biggest difference with 5 1/2 and 6 1/2 Digit DMM and I couldn't open any of 5 1/2 Digit DMM links. I was wondering if these links with be up soon and what is the main difference between the two?
