Has anyone experienced while connecting a multimeter from Hartscientific(irrelevant of manufacture),that the instrument doe not comply with VISA session? If so what did you do otherwise?
If using serial communications you may want to make sure that the duplex mode is set to half. A Hart serial controller I worked with repeated back commands sent to it when in the full duplex mode. The interface command is du=h for half duplex mode or du=f for full duplex mode.
