I try to utilize Agilent DMM+SWITCH,but encounter some errors, is there anyone who can help me ?

You are going to have to provide the name and path of the exact driver you downloaded for the 1412A. Neither the 7.0 or 8.0 driver available here has a function called HP E1326/1411 Send Command.

As far as your first problem, what property values are you trying to get? Do you get the error with only some or with all? I've never tried to get any properties of the interface in LabVIEW with an agilent controller so you may be seeing a problem with using hardware from one vendor and software from another.

p.s. You also posted to the wrong board. This board is for the NI DMM products. It is not for general DMM questions. In the future, you should post to the Instrument Control board.

Okay, I downloaded the 1476 driver and can see the function you mention. You might want to try the separate 1412A driver that I gave a link to.

What I mean is that I don't know what properties you are trying to read and I don't know how well some of the low level properties that you mention work when you have a controller from agilent and software from NI. I seldom use any of these properties and have always used an NI GPIB controller when I've tried them.

what i tried to say is that  i feel strange why it return an error when i attemped to get manuf ID,while it performed right when i tried to get primary address.       I guess your meaning is that  some property is not supported by Agilent ,although is supported by NI,  

i really want to know is that  when i try HP E1326/1411 Send Command.vi  ，it return an error.  I wonder if it implies i can not use register programming directly on this device？
