Can I uninstall nipcibrd.dll?

Hello
I am using a USB-4065 connected to a Windows 10 PC.
Sometimes the OS won't start.
An "Application Popup" message appears in the Event Viewer log.
This PC is set to turn off at any time, so virtual memory usage is limited.
I contacted the PC manufacturer and was told to disable nipcibrd.dll.
However, when I install the USB-4065 using NIPM, nipcibrd.dll is also registered.

Is there a way to avoid this?
I'm using the 2025-Q3 driver with NIPM.

Thank you in advance.
