Can we draw the C-V Plot?

I'm looking for the device that can perform C-V measurement.

Can NI DMMs do this application?

Thanks for contacting National Instruments!

I looked into the way the agilent device was doing the C-V measurement and our DMMs measure the capacitance in a fundamentally different way.  It would not provide the same result as a proper impedance analyzer, so this can not be done with NI-DMM modules.  You really need a full scale impedance analyzer to get good C-V characteristics.  Let me know if there is anything else I can help with.
