DMM Configuration Problem?

-Hi

I'm not sure how many of you have experience this problem:

PXI-4070(device 1) DMM is working properly in my program, although everytime I restart the computer another PXI-4070(device X) will show up in MAX.
Device X: X represents the number of times I restart the computer, and will keep incrementing until I delete it. Just wondering if anyone else have had this problem before.

Thanx

Hey Trinity79,

This seems pretty odd, and I've never heard of it. I would suggest an uninstall and upgrade of both your NI-DAQ and DMM. The current versions of these are (NI-DAQ) 7.4 and (NI-DMM) 2.3.1. There have been several "minor" issues with new 4070s and older drivers, so I would suggest an upgrade as a first defense. Let me know what happens.

Sincerely,
