IVI driver fetch times out

I am calling IviDmm_Fetch() for Agilent 34401a and it times out. The same driver works flawlessly for Agilent 34410. Also i noticed that when i open NI -spy the fetch routine passes with 34401a. I suspect that it is a delay problem.  But i don't know where exactly the dealy is required in the application.

I am not sure what driver you are using, but you can download the driver for Agilent 33401A from this link. Try to install that and see how it goes. Also I would suggest to run an example program after you install that driver.
