Hello,
I must do a testbench and I need some help to choose the materiel.
This benchtest must have 2 digital input, 1 voltage acquisition input and 1 resistance acquisition input.
The question is abut the resistance acquisition. This acquisition must be done with a frequency of 1khz injection and the resistance is greater than 1Mhom. I think take a LCR meter (NI 4072 or an other) but can I configure the frequency at 1kHz (I see in datasheet powerline frequency at 50 or 60Hz) ? And can I do an acquisition like an oscilloscope ?

Hello YannickDannel,
With the PXI-4072 you can use a single tone exitation current signal and measuring the response (voltage level and phase shif).
Also you can use a multi tone (square wave, with harmonics), to determine the impedance that you want measure.
You can configure a 1KHz exitation.
You can use the PXI-4072 as a digitizer (oscilloscope) (up to 1.8Ms/S)
