Sequence time resolution for NI-4163

I am using the NI-4163 source measurement unit.   I want to generate a sequence of voltages using the python library nidcpower.   I am using the method set_sequence(values, source_delays)

The DCPower API documentation states the valid values for parameter "source_delays" is for 0 to 167 seconds.

What is the resolution?   The range is 0 - 167 seconds, what is the smallest valid time step for the NI-4163?

The clock running that counter has a frequency of 180 MHz. This puts the resolution at 5.555556 ns
