Updating to LV2010 caused DMM to quit working, returns error -223911 and -1074135024

I recieved the new CDs with my SSP and upon installing them in my test system my DMM quit working.  (In the morning it worked fine, did the install and now it will not work)  When trying to open the DMM softpanel I recieve error -1074135024.  When trying to self-test the device I recieve -223911 with the possible reason of "Internal Software Error occured in the DMM Software".

I installed NI DMM 3.0.3 with the new 2010 CDs. 

Any thoughts?  As an additional consideration I now have 2 "NI Trigger Routing Modules" appearing in MAX that were not initially there.
