I replaced a Keithley 2100 DMM in a test system for a customer that was built by a 3rd party.

The test executive was programmed using LabView  8.0 and Signalexpress. It appears that the build includes information about the serial number of the Keithley and the code won't talk to the replacement DMM. Is there a config file that has the info for this meter that I can modify?

You would need to ask the third party that information. I would assume that the original customer has the source code you could modify.

p.s. You also posted to the incorrect board. This board is for NI DMM's.
