fluke87III Vs. Fluke 87V

Does anyone know the significant differences between the Fluke 87III and the 87V? I have an opportunity to buy either a them and was wondering if the improvements in the 87V are worth the extra money. My application is use in aircraft avionics in a variety of aircraft and systems.
