pxi-4072 Pinouts & Signal Characteristics

I am designing generic test fixture equipment for our ATE that has this card installed but cannot find any information on the pin-outs and electrical characteristics for the 9-pin DIN connector on the PXI-4072.

I I tried to find information in the manuals provided and on the Knowledge base online but could find nothing about this. The only thing I found out was that this DIN is used as an AUX connection for SCXI
Communication.

The pins on the AUX connector are mainly used for SCXI communication.  You can find more information about the AUX connector in the DMM Help File.  Below I have copied a table from the help file that describes the 4 main pins on the AUX connector.  The rest of the pins are used for SCXI communication.  The 4 pins below will allow you to receive and send triggers from the DMM.

The following table shows the pins used for input and output triggers, which are used during synchronous scanning or handshaking:

Pin Assignment
2 Ground
3 AUX Trigger In
6 Measurement Complete (MC)
9 External Trigger In (Trigger/Sample Trigger)
