RoboRIO v1.0 Unrecoverable

Hello,

My RoboRIO v1 errors whenever we try to image it using the tool and when trying to reboot into safe mode it instantly goes unrecoverable. The device is accessible through the web portal and ssh when plugged in but commands do not activate, presumably because it isn't in safe mode. Is there any way to fix this without the recovery image?
