Evolución temporal de un tono

Buenas tardes,

Tone Measurements Express VI

https://www.ni.com/docs/en-US/bundle/labview-api-ref/page/vi-lib/express/express-analysis/toneblock-...

General Functionality of the Tone Measurements Express VI
You can use the Tone Measurements Express VI to analyze the frequency, amplitude, and phase components of a signal. This Express VI returns frequency, amplitude, and phase information about the signal component with the highest amplitude (for example, when multiple signals are added). If the input to the VI includes multiple separate signals, the information about all the signals will be returned (for example, when multiple signals are merged).

When Could I Use the Tone Measurements Express VI?
An example of a use case in which you may use this VI is if you are working with a signal with noise or other undesirable frequency components. You could use the Tone Measurements Express VI to extract only the frequency component with the highest amplitude (thereby leaving out weaker, more udesirable signals). This VI could also be used to extract a certain frequency from a signal, regardless of relative amplitude, which would be useful if that frequency is of interest or if the desired result frequency is not the one with the highest amplitude.

Configuring the Tone Measurements Express VI
In the Single Tone Measurements section of the configuration, there are three checkboxes. These are the measurements that will be returned by the VI based on the input signal(s). The choices are Frequency, Amplitude, and Phase measurements. Use these checkboxes if you need to know the characteristics of the signal component with the highest amplitude, or if you would like to display the characteristics of each of the merged input signals.
