dataproof scanner problem using gpib

      I'm using GPIB USB HS and I've got some problems detecting a dataproof scanner 320A: It detects multiple instruments and is unable to communicate with the scanner.

      Have you noticed this problem before?

   The problem is nothing like this, it works fine with other instruments, it seems it only have problems with the dataproof scanners. Any other Idea?
