DCAF Scaling Module Crashing

I notice the DCAF Alarm Module mentioned in the DCAF Developer Guide and it appears in GitHub at:

https://github.com/LabVIEW-DCAF/AlarmModule

However, it does not appear in the JKI Package Manager at the date of this writing. Does this mean it is still a work in progress?
