Has anyone written octave & FFT signal analysis for the NI4474 4-channel Daq?

Is this LabVIEW? Or are you register level programming? If it is the
first you should have posted this question in comp.lang.LabVIEW and look
into the Sound & Vibration Toolkit. It has all of what you ask and a lot
more.
If it is the second, I'm afraid you are trying to take on a project you
will not be able to finish in reasonable time.
